Return and Exchange Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and service. Every attempt will be made to ensure your entire order will arrive as requested. If your order is undeliverable and returned to us, you may request a second shipment, new charges will apply.
If for some reason you would like to return or exchange your order or an individual item, the following information will help you complete the process.
- A Return Claim must be started within 14 days upon receipt of goods.
- Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
- Exceptions will be stated otherwise.

Step #2 ~ Shipping & Handling
Please place your Order and Confirmation Number on the box that will be used to send your items back to us. We request you use the same care we have in packaging the item(s) you will return.
Step #3 ~ Refunds & Exchanges
Allow up to 3 weeks upon retun of goods for your credit card to be refunded and exchanges to be shipped.
